- Offline First: All core gameplay data (scores, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device via secure offline storage and never leaves your device.
2. Global Privacy & Cryptography Compliance
Because we collect absolute zero personal data, our applications inherently comply with the highest global privacy standards:
- India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023): We collect zero PII. Our architecture is Consent Manager ready.
- EU GDPR & UK DPA: We process zero personal data.
- CCPA / CPRA (California): We do not collect or sell personal data.
- U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) / ECCN 5D992: We use standard HTTPS/TLS for ad delivery. We do not use proprietary cryptography, fully compliant with Amazon Appstore encryption declarations.
3. Strict Denial of Hidden Trackers
We explicitly declare that our applications DO NOT use hidden background trackers, device fingerprinting, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Flurry, or any similar third-party data harvesting tools.
4. Third-Party Advertising Subprocessor
To keep our applications free, we use third-party monetization partners via unified mediation:
- LevelPlay Mediation (Unity Technologies, AppLovin, AdMob): We use Unity LevelPlay to display interstitial advertisements. These independent subprocessors may collect non-personal device information (such as IP address or Advertising ID) solely for serving relevant ads and preventing fraud. 5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Safe Harbor)
Our applications are designed to be safe for all ages (Age Rating: Everyone). We comply strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, request, or store any personal information from children under the age of 13.
